BIO:  Mia Reddick-Smith is a Project Leader and Process Improvement SME in the Healthcare industry. She has over 20 years of experience leading Healthcare Revenue projects/programs and processes. Mia also sits on multiple healthcare board committees and is a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (Nashville Chapter). In Mia’s healthcare leadership role, she manages a small but mighty team where they work and adapt in a very Agile type of way. Mia prides herself in building lasting relationships with others and creating a space where team members want to continue to grow. Mia plans to bring that same work ethic to the role of VP of Administration role and has the energy and excitement to help take the chapter to the next level.
