Michael Gillum is an IT Program Manager at HCA Healthcare with over fifteen years of project management experience. Michael currently leads program teams that bridge the worlds of patientcare and technology, currently leading 9 project managers and over $100m+ in spend for the clinical Service Lines Solutions and the Software Development Organization portfolios.

Prior to joining HCA Healthcare, Michael worked at several different healthcare companies and led a variety of projects and portfolios, including application development, data warehousing (and data management), and specialty care programs. He brings with him a passion for both waterfall and Agile methodologies, having earned his MBA and a handful of Agile certifications over the years.

Outside of work, Michael coaches cross country, enjoys live music, and loves a plethora of outdoor hobbies including gardening, chicken-rearing, kayaking, and hiking.
