Visibility Without Bragging: How Project Leaders Build Influence Quietly with Ivy Lewis
You do the work. You drive the results. But when it comes to recognition—visibility can feel like a different game entirely. In today’s fast-paced, high pressure work environments, visibility is no longer optional—it’s a leadership skill. But what if self-promotion feels unnatural? What if you want to be seen without constantly having to speak louder? In this session, you’ll learn how to build authentic visibility—without bragging. Discover how to communicate value clearly, advocate for your team with confidence, and lead through quiet influence. These are leadership tools, not personality traits—and they’re available to everyone.
Simple Rules for High-Performing Teams with Alan Zucker
High-performing teams are awesome! They are productive, innovative, and collaborative. If you are a high-performing team, you look forward to going to work. You like your teammates. You are energized by the challenge and feel like the team can accomplish anything. Simple rules or guidelines can be applied to complex problems and yield better outcomes than
sophisticated rules and procedures. Michael Pollan defined healthy eating as, “Eat (real) food, not too much, and mostly plants.” It’s clear, straightforward, and provides consumable guidance. In this presentation, Alan Zucker shares successful strategies for creating high-performing teams by using three simple rules:
1. Create psychological safety.
2. Empower the team.
3. Make it simple.
These rules are well-supported by research. They are intuitive and easy to understand. However, implementing them requires effort and commitment. Taking the first step puts you on the path to building that coveted team.
