Building on his expertise in project management and HR, he combines facilitation, team coaching, and a proven road map to help organizations drive results while fostering engagement and collaboration. His speaking engagements include practical tools along with a bit of humor!

With over 25 years of experience spanning start-up public service, high-volume consumer goods, and global medical technology solutions, Chris brings a unique ability to help organizations drive results while fostering engagement and collaboration. He has led global teams in the areas of business transformation, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement. His last corporate role was Vice-President of Human Resources at Philips Healthcare. Chris's credentials include a B.S. in aerospace engineering, a master’s in industrial engineering, and certifications as a 6-sigma Black Belt, Lean Practitioner, and PMI Project Management Professional. He is also a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society and President of his local alumni chapter.
