Cancellation Deadline/Refund Policy
The cut-off date for cancellations is 11:59 PM on the Monday before the event. Please email [email protected]  to request a cancellation. Please note: There is no refund with cancellation of attendance. 

Parking
Parking at the EC is free when you get your ticket validated. There is no time limit.
Parking is available in the second lot on the left of Peabody St after you turn onto 1st Ave/Hermitage Ave. Please go through the gate and get a ticket, and we’ll validate it at the front desk. DO NOT park in the front lot – these are permit only spots, and you WILL get a ticket.
