Speaker: Trevor Lovegrove

Trevor Lovegrove, PMP, BSc.(Hons), C.Eng, MIET, started his career making change happen and built enterprise-wide methodologies for a national telecommunications organization focused on global infrastructure programs. He has created PMO’s for global companies and managed merger & acquisition projects, integrating 19 companies’ operating processes (from Marketing through Sales, Order Management and Financial Accounting) onto an enterprise platform. Trevor has also led multiple business transformation projects, including, the consolidation of multi-site operations into a single location, consolidating technology, processes and teams from four independent technical support centers to one.

Trevor became a volunteer member of the PMLP team providing leadership in the art of Project Leadership and is the VP of Professional Development for the PMI Nashville chapter.
