When an individual contributor is expected to leverage resources for project task completion, power skills are paramount for success. Understanding stakeholder pressure points and operating environments takes a dedicated effort by the project manager. These actions will improve framing project initiatives and strategies that will facilitate buy-in, build credibility, and share ownership of project deliverables across the team.
Join us as Jaime Hernandez facilitates a discussion about the power of using influence to build collaboration and effective project management by engaging stakeholders to determine resource values that will focus the team, foster task completion, and share project ownership.
Jaime Hernandez is an independent contractor and project manager in the Nashville area. Jaime works with clients seeking to launch new services in manufacturing, transportation, and capital project management.
