Lessons Learned about Networking Session and post program networking practice

Drawing from her years of experience, April will present "Lessons Learned about Networking" which is a applicable and relevant topic for all of us! Her tips and lessons learned will apply to both introverts and extroverts and will help us further our growth in our project management careers. This in-person session will conclude with some exercises that April will guide us through where we can practice applying these strategies and network within our own chapter!

Presenter: April Romero

April Romero is currently an Enterprise Project Director for the State of Tennessee and has worked for the State since 1997. She currently manages statewide enterprise programs and projects. She loves networking and stays very active in the community through her memberships with Leadership Brentwood Alumni, Women Connect, Women in Technology TN (WiTT), Greater Nashville Technology Council (NTC), Toastmasters International and PMI. She is married to Richard and they have a rising High School Senior, Elizabeth.
