This kick-off session of our Leadership Roundtable series will explore the foundational styles and attributes that define a great leader. We'll examine how the traits of great leaders—such as empathy, effective communication, and team building — translate into project management success, and learn how to harness these leadership skills to create a strong team culture, manage risks, and achieve strategic goals.

Trevor Lovegrove started his career making change happen and built enterprise-wide methodologies for a national telecommunications organization focused on global infrastructure programs. Trevor has created PMO’s for global companies and managed Merger & Acquisition projects, integrating 19 companies’ operating processes (from Marketing through Sales, Order Management and Financial Accounting) onto an enterprise platform. Trevor has also led multiple business transformation projects, including, the consolidation of multi-site operations into a single location, consolidating technology, processes and teams from four independent technical support centers to one.

Trevor is now a business transformation advisor by integrating technology, process, people and data to provide the best customer experience.

Trevor is an Advisory Board member for the Women in Leadership program for UTK and holds the certificate for Women in Leadership program. He is also a volunteer educator for Red Cross focusing on Project Leadership, Agile mindsets and how AI can be applied to business transformations. He is also the VP of Professional Development for the PMI Nashville chapter promoting leadership best practices.
